‘Furious 7,’ ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Lead 2015 Teen Choice Awards Nominations

The awards will be handed out August 16 on Fox

“Furious 7,” “Pretty Little Liars” and “The Vampire Diaries” lead the first round of Teen Choice Awards nominations with five each, Fox announced on Wednesday.

“Avengers: Age of Ultron,” “Insurgent,” “Pitch Perfect 2,” “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1” and Fox’s hit series “Empire” follow with four nominations each.

The network will announce additional nominees at a future date.

Voting takes place at TeenChoice.com, and using each category’s hashtag on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, through Friday, June 26. The awards show will air on Fox August 16 at 8 p.m. ET.

Bob Bain and Michael Burg will executive produce the Teen Choice Awards 2015. Paul Flattery and Kelly Brock will serve as producers, and Greg Sills will serve as supervising producer.
