‘Game of Thrones’ Author Trashes Trump: ‘Joffrey Is Now the King in America’

“And he’s grown up just as petulant and irrational as he was when he was thirteen in the books,” George R.R. Martin says in Esquire interview

Let’s just send Donald Trump to Westeros, see what happens.

“Game of Thrones” author George R.R. Martin ripped the President in a recent Esquire interview, likening our Commander in Chief to his most insufferable fictitious character.

“I think Joffrey is now the king in America,” the writer told the magazine. “And he’s grown up just as petulant and irrational as he was when he was thirteen in the books.”

Esquire also asked “Thrones” star Kit Harington what he thinks of the so-called leader of the free world.

“Mr. Donald Trump — I wouldn’t call him President, I’ll call him Mister,” he said. “I think this man at the head of your country is a con artist.”
