Kiss-meisters trade their guitars for pigskin in new reality series

Are you ready for some football, Kiss-style?

Kiss rockers Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley take to the field with their new AMC reality show, “4th and Loud,” which chronicles their efforts to turn the LA Kiss arena football team into a winning franchise.

In an exclusive advance look at the series, which premieres Aug. 12 at 9 p.m., Stanley and Simmons attempt to inspire their players to reach deep inside themselves and embrace their inner champions.

“We’re here to shake things up and take this league to another level,” Stanley tells the gridiron gladiators, who respond with appropriate gusto.

“Hopefully I can smack somebody so hard,” one player enthuses.

“I pretty much piss excellence,” another exclaims. (Careful, dude; the name of the team is LA Kiss, not LA Piss.)
