Get These Stars’ Homes Cheap

The cache of a celeb home was one of the last glimmers of hope in the downturn — not so much now.

Nicolas Cage

The actor’s 11,817 square-foot-brick home in Bel Air was originally listed for $35 million back in September 2007. Now, the nine-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion has dropped to $18.7 million.

 Dylan McDermott

After it had been on the market for six months, the actor recently cut the asking price of his 4,000-square-foot house in Brentwood from $11 million to $8.9 million.

Britney Spears

In January, the singer reduced the asking price on her 7,453 square-foot house in the gated Summit neighborhood of Beverly Hills by around $700,000.

 Christina Aguilera

The pop starlet’s five-bedroom, 6,500-square-foot home in the Hollywood Hills dropped that same month to $6.9 million from its original June 2008 asking price of $7.9 million.

 Jennifer Lopez & Marc Anthony

The singing couple listed their four-bedroom home last November at $8.5 million. Situated in Bel Air next door to the Jonas Brothers’ house, it has since dropped to $7.9 million.
