‘Happy Endings’ Star Eliza Coupe to Recur on CBS’s ‘The Millers’

The actress will begin her story arc on the comedy's Oct. 24 episode

"Happy Endings" star Eliza Coupe, who played the Type-A Jane on the canceled ABC comedy, has landed a role on a new sitcom.

CBS's new comedy, "The Millers," has cast her in the recurring role of Nate's (Will Arnett) ex-wife. She will first appear on the Oct. 23 episode, a network representative told TheWrap.

Couple starred as Jane on "Happy Endings" for three seasons. She also previously played a recurring role on "Scrubs" and made appearances on NBC's "Community" and USA's "Royal Pains."

On "The Millers," Arnett plays a newly divorced journalist whose newly single mother (Margo Martindale) moves in with him. It also stars Beau Bridges, Jayma Mays, J.B. Smoove, Nelson Franklin and Eve Moon. It premieres on Thursday, Oct. 3.

Coupe is represented by CAA and Kirsten Ames Management.
