Hillary Clinton is so over Bernie Sanders, you can actually hear it in her voice.
Asked what she thought about all the hype surrounding a possible telvised debate between Sanders and Donald Trump on Thursday, Clinton sounded like an exasperated principal trying to knock some sense into one of them rebel-rousing good-for-nothing smart-ass students.
“This doesn’t sound like a serious discussion,” Clinton told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, adding that she’s really looking to turn the heat on Trump during the general election (translation: Sanders is starting to be a real pain in the neck. Scratch that, lower… much lower).
Pressed (again) on what she thinks about the possible debate, Clinton may have shown her cards a bit.
“I just said I don’t think it’s serious. I think that, you know… that it’s not gonna happen.”
