But something that has really angered a good lot of celebrities and media figures on Twitter is the White House’s announcement that the president will call for an investigation into voter fraud that he claims is responsible for 3 million to 5 million votes against him in last year’s election. Yes, Trump is sticking with his longtime claim that without this alleged fraud, he would have won the popular vote.
The White House has not provided any evidence for his claim, and Trump’s legal team said back in November that there had been no evidence of voter fraud while trying to stop Jill Stein’s efforts to recount votes in midwestern states.
