Media General will premiere its new entertainment news and talk show “Hollywood Today Live” on Fox stations in 12 markets, including Los Angeles, New York and Chicago Sept. 14, the company announced Wednesday.

The hour-long daily series, produced by Media General production company BiteSizeTV, is shot in a studio at Hollywood and Vine in Hollywood.

The show is executive produced by BiteSizeTV founder and CEO Ron Bloom, senior vice president of production Ross Elliot, and Steve Holzer of “Access Hollywood” and “Good Day LA.”

AJ Gibson, Kristen Brockman, Porscha Coleman, Tanner Thomason and Amanda Salas serve as the show’s hosts.

“‘Hollywood Today Live’ is not your typical entertainment news show,” Tony Optican, head of programming for Media General, said. “We’ve given it a fresh spin as part of our larger focus on creating original content that is unique and engaging. There has been a lot of buzz about the show, particularly from Millennials, and we can’t wait to make our national debut.”

The series is also carried on 33 Media General stations, including those in San Francisco, Tampa and Indianapolis.
