Ian Metrose Promoted to SVP, Talent Relations and Special Events, CBS Communications

Metrose joined CBS in 2003

Ian Metrose has been elevated to senior vice president, talent relations and special events for CBS Communications.

Metrose, who had been vice president, talent relations and special events since June 2005 and joined CBS in 2003, oversees West Coast special events for CBS Television Network and CBS Television Studios, such as series premieres, show milestone celebrations, Television Academy events and CBS’ Television Critics Association parties.

He also handles talent relations and philanthropy for CBS Entertainment and CBS Television Studios.

CBS Corporation executive vice president of communications Chris Ender, to whom Metrose reports, hailed Metrose’s “amazing taste” while announcing the promotion.

“Ian is our go-to guy for a wide range of events and support services that greatly benefit our Entertainment operations, and he does it all with amazing taste, style and incredible attention to detail,” Ender said.
