Iggy Azalea Explains ‘DWTS’ Screw-Up: ‘S— Happens’

Notice that something was off during Iggy Azalea’s performance on the season finale of “Dancing With the Stars” Tuesday night?

You weren’t the only one — the singer herself went on record to admit the botched rendition of her hit “Fancy,” and to offer an explanation with the age-old adage, “Shit happens.”

Azalea’s appearance on the show was marred by technical difficulties, when she was forced to halt early on in the song.

“I’m so sorry, but there’s something wrong with my ears,” the rapper said as the backing track moved on.

The singer made a quick recovery, but felt compelled to offer an apology and an explanation to her fans via her Twitter account that night.

“I am so sorry guys!” the musician wrote. “My in ears messed up and I couldn’t hear the track. The dramas of live TV.”
