Iggy Azalea might be fancy, but according to American Express she’s behind on her bills.

“Fancy” rapper Azalea has been slapped with a lawsuit by Utah-based American Express Centurion Bank, which says that the entertainer needs to pay up on a $300,000 credit card bill.

Well, $299,147.81, to be exact — but they still want their cash.

“Defendant became indebted to Plaintiff in the sum of $299,147.81, for a balance due on a book account in writing for money lent by Plaintiff to Defendant ant Defendant’s request,” the suit reads. “No part of said sum has been paid, although demand for payment has been made.”

The lawsuit includes a credit card statement for Azalea’s account with a closing date of August 11 and a due date of September 5, with a balance of nearly $300,000.

TheWrap has reached out to Azalea’s spokeswoman for comment.

In addition to the outstanding balance, the suit is seeking the costs of the suit plus “such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper.”
