Indie Anchor Bay Lifts Three Execs

Cartwright, Seraphim, Zinar promoted in marketing, sales.

Indie distributor Anchor Bay Entertainment has promoted three of its executives.

 

Julie Cartwright has been promoted to senior vice president of marketing, and Sally Seraphim and Raymond Zinar have both been promoted to senior vice president of sales.

“We’ve had a successfully great year and these individuals have been key in achieving that success,” said Anchor Bay Entertainment President Bill Clark.  

Cartwright began her career at Anchor Bay Entertainment in 1998, working on the ever-growing “Thomas & Friends” brand. In 2003, she relocated to New York and took on the role of brand manager for HIT Entertainment’s licensing department. In 2005, she rejoined Anchor Bay as director of marketing and was promoted in 2007 to vice president.

 

Seraphim joined Anchor Bay Entertainment in 1998 as the Director of National Accounts.

 

Zinar joined Anchor Bay Entertainment in 2006 as vice president of sales, responsible for launching and promoting the rental and wholesale distribution sides of the business. Zinar is also a part of the acquisitions team, with an eye on content that will over-perform on the rental side.
