James Woods Mocks Anderson Cooper’s Eye Roll With Homophobic ‘Butt Plug’ Insult

Conservative actor gets crude in response to CNN host’s reaction to White House counselor Kellyanne Conway

Anderson Cooper’s eye-rolling reaction to White House counselor Kellyanne Conway might or might not have been sexist, as Conway herself suggested — but there’s a whole lot of homophobia in James Woods’ response to Cooper’s eye-roll.

Actor and vocal conservative Woods hit up Twitter on Thursday, to offer his take on Cooper’s reaction.

Woods’ response consisted of a GIF of the since-viral eye-rolling moment, along with the message, “As his butt plug dislodges during a newscast… #andersoncoopereyeroll.”

The actor confirmed that the quip was his in a subsequent tweet.

“Nope! That was all me, Baby,” the actor wrote, in response to a tweet suggesting that comedian Andrew Dice Clay came up with the joke, after Woods tweeted that he had been working with Clay.

Cooper rolled his eyes on Tuesday’s episode of his CNN show, while grilling Conway about President Trump’s firing of FBI director James Comey.

In an interview on “Fox & Friends” on Thursday, Conway accused Cooper of sexism.

“I face sexism a lot of times when I show up for interviews like that,” Conway said..

“Can you imagine rolling your eyes… having a male anchor on a network roll eyes at Hillary Clinton, a female representative spokeswoman for President Obama or President Bill Clinton? I think not,” she added.
