The honor is one of many for Lawrence as the year comes to a close. The actress — who kicked off 2013 with an Oscar for her performance in David O. Russell’s 2012 hit “Silver Linings Playbook” — was counted by Barbara Walters as one of “The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2013,″ and got more clicks than every Hollywood leading man on IMDb to become the site’s most popular movie star of the year.

As the year approached its end, Lawrence headlined “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” to a record-breaking box office haul, and is once again preparing for awards season after earning both a Golden Globe and SAG Awards nomination for her portrayal of an unstable, passive-aggressive wife opposite Christian Bale in “American Hustle.”
