Jimmy Kimmel Calls New Tinder Paid Service ‘A Full-Fledged Prostitution Ring’ (Video)

The late-night host also worries older people will lie about their age to avoid paying higher fee

As if being on Tinder wasn’t bad enough already.

Jimmy Kimmel devoted a segment on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Tuesday to discuss the new premium service on the popular dating app. Users of the new Tinder Plus service can go explore a whole host of new features for a monthly fee. “In other words, Tinder is a full-fledged prostitution ring now,” as Kimmel put it.

The new features cost $9.99 per month if you are between 18 and 29 years old. If you are 30 or older, it costs $19.99 per month, “just in case you weren’t already depressed about being single at 38,” Kimmel said.

Kimmel was also concerned that people would lie about their age in order to avoid paying the higher cost. He then showed several Tinder profiles of people who want to do things like spending their weekends at JoAnn’s Fabrics. Fun stuff if you are a 25 year old.
