Knoxville pretends to be an 86-year-old grandpa taking his grandson on a road trip across America, and they piss off everyone they encounter

If you thought "Borat" had balls, wait until you see the lengths Johnny Knoxville and his fake grandson are willing to go to in order to offend every American they meet during a journey across the country.

Whether it's stuffing stolen goods down his pants, crashing his car into giant penguins or flying through furniture store windows, Knoxville appears to be back in top "Jackass" form as 86-year-old Irving Zisman — a character he originally created for the popular MTV series — taking his 8-year-old grandson, Billy (Jackson Nicoll), on a trip to meet his father.

The Paramount comedy, directed by "Jackass" co-creator Jeff Tremaine, is presenting itself as an elaborate prank on "real people" that gets "real messed up."

The marketing campaign doesn't appear to be an exageration, either. One of the, um, highlights of the trailer comes when Zisman enters Billy in a "Toddlers & Tiara"-like beauty pageant.

While the "Little Miss Sunshine" scene starts out cute enough, the prank takes an uncomfortable turn when … well, you'll see:
