And grows a heart in the process
Jon Hamm plays a down-on-his-luck sports agent who hatches a scheme to discover the first Major League Baseball player from India in Disney's upcoming sports drama “Million Dollar Arm.”
The first trailer (above) teases his inevitable romance with his neighbor, played by Lake Bell, and his heart growing three sizes once he takes three young potential pitchers under his wing.

“These kids, they're my last, best shot,” Hamm confides in his neighbor, who isn't his type because she's not a model.
“But they're also just a couple of great kids. Kids,” Bell reminds Hamm. “They're far from home. They need to see you care.”
Of course he does! But probably not until the third act.
“Million Dollar Arm,” based on real-life sports agent J.B. Bernstein, hits theaters on May 16 with Alan Arkin, Bill Paxton and Aasif Mandvi also co-starring.
