"You want me to cut my wrist again?"
This was Jon Stewart's "Daily Show" response to the news that his show figured into Anthony Weiner's sexual exchanges with a Las Vegas blackjack dealer.

"To get us in the mood, first we watch back-to-back episodes of 'The Daily Show' and 'Colbert Report,'" Lisa Weiss wrote in one exchange. "Or if this is not your thing, we can just get drunk and have mad, passionate sex!"

"Why choose?" Weiner replied. "With me behind you can't we both watch 'Daily Show'?"
After reading the exchange, Stewart pretended to struggle not to vomit.
Making it all especially weird is the longstanding friendship between Weiner and Stewart — one presumably strained by the scandal.
