Joseph Gordon-Levitt Out Lip-Syncs Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Merchant With Nicki Minaj’s ‘Superbass’ (Video)

The “Don Jon” director and star also performs “Tiny Dancer” — now that’s range

Joseph Gordon-Levitt took on all comers in an epic Lip Sync Battle against Jimmy Fallon and Stephen Merchant of HBO’s “Hello Ladies.”

Merchant, the challenger, kicked the “Late Night” contest off with an angry DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince rendition, which Fallon countered with “Don’t You Want Me” by The Human League.

Gordon-Levitt’s answer? An extraordinarily energetic and dramatic “Tiny Dancer” by Sir Elton John.

In round two, the gawky Englishman performed “Single Ladies” sans microphone, complete with Beyonce’s signature moves from the video. The host’s 80’s kick continued with a fun “Take on Me” a-ha rendition.

But in the end it was JGL’s “Superbass” close-ups that brought down the house and took the crown.
