Sundance 2016: Actress joins Jenny Slate, Lisa Edelstein and Lauren Weedman to discuss indie with TheWrap’s Jeff Sneider
The female stars of the Sundance movie “Joshy,” about a bachelor party gone wrong, seem very familiar with the real thing.
“I just wish my whole life was bachelor party shenanigans,” Alison Brie told TheWrap’s film reporter Jeff Sneider at the Sundance Film Festival. “That’s the way everyone should live every day.”
Co-star Lisa Edelstein recalled the stripper hired at her own bachelorette party. “I don’t find it sexy when testicles are flying in my face,” she said.
“That’s not a good dancer, though,” Lauren Weedman chimed in. “They don’t always have to fly — sometimes they just rest.”
Jenny Slate remembered her own “very relaxing, herbal” bachelorette party in Ojai, California — and later suggested that “Hava Nagila” would be her song of choice if asked to dance at a bachelor party.
