The casting finalizes the network’s pickup of the sitcom
Judy Greer has joined the cast of "Mad Love," finalizing CBS' pickup of the midseason comedy, according to Variety.
The network had already ordered 13 episodes, but pickup was held up as producers looked to replace star Lizzy Caplan. Greer, who starred in "Miss Guided," takes the slot in the sitcom about a group of friends searching for love in New York City.
Sarah Chalke previously signed on to replace Minka Kelly, who was also recast.
