Chris Pratt Trains, Hunts with Raptors in New ‘Jurassic World’ Clip (Video)

The newest entry in the “Jurassic Park” franchise opens June 12

Chris Pratt leads and trains his pack of raptors in a newly released behind the scenes featurette for “Jurassic World.”

Steven Spielberg, who directed 1993’s “Jurassic Park” and executive produced “Jurassic World,” says in the promotional clip that “‘Jurassic World’ goes down an original road and it’s a breathtaking adventure.”

“My goal with this movie has always been to make adults feel like they’re kids again,” director Colin Trevorrow says.

Viewers also get a few more quick looks at the big bad dino of the film, the Indominus Rex.

“When you create an animal for your own amusement, it doesn’t go well for the humans,” Pratt says. The genetically modified beast is shown tearing through park employees, who try every trick they know to contain it to no avail.

In addition to Pratt, the film also stars Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D’Onofrio, Judy Greer, Nick Robinson, and Ty Simpkins.

“Jurassic World” opens in theaters on June 12.
