Justin Bieber’s latest hit allegedly landed on a restaurant employee, via  Bieber’s head. And now the Los Angeles County’s Sheriff’s Department is investigating it.

A spokesman for the sheriff’s department told TheWrap on Thursday that a battery investigation has been opened regarding Bieber. The spokesman said that details are scarce, and that it has not yet been confirmed that Bieber was involved in the alleged incident, though the person calling in the alleged head-butting incident stated that Bieber allegedly committed the battery.

According to TMZ, the alleged head-butting incident occurred at West Hollywood eatery Serafina, at approximately 2 a.m. on Saturday, during a pre-Grammys soiree held by a friend of Bieber’s.

Citing eyewitnesses, TMZ reported that Bieber was engaged in a play fight with “That’s So Raven” alum Kyle Massey when he noticed that a restaurant employee was recording their shenanigans. Bieber reportedly asked the employee to stop and delete the footage.

The employee was resistant to the idea. After which, the “Baby” singer allegedly lunged at him and head-butted him.

The alleged victim isn’t interested in pressing charges, according to TMZ.
