Basketball star Shaquille O'Neal will battle pop singer Justin Bieber on the upcoming second season of the reality show "Shaq VS."
In the first season of "Shaq VS," the b-ball giant faced off against other pro athletes in sports challenges. This time around, O'Neal also will face off against contenders from the worlds of cooking and competitive eating.
In addition to Bieber, O'Neal's challengers for the second season of "Shaq VS" include TV chef Rachael Ray, NASCAR racer Dale Earnhardt Jr., magician-comedians Penn & Teller and hot dog eating champ Joey Chestnut. TNT sportscaster and former basketball star Charles Barkley will challenge Shaq to a game of golf.
ABC and production company Media Rights Capital announced the castings on Wednesday. Season two of "Shaq VS" premieres Aug. 3.
