Kate Gosselin Files Lawsuit Against Jon Gosselin Over Alleged Hacking

She claims her ex-husband gave emails, phone and bank records to a friend for the book "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World"

Kate Gosselin filed a civil action against ex-husband Jon Gosselin in Pennsylvania District Court on Monday, accusing him of violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.

In the documents, Kate alleges that Jon hacked into her email account, her phone and bank accounts. She also contends that he stole a hard drive from her house and gave all materials to his friend and business partner, tabloid reporter Robert Hoffman.

The documents then were used to publish a book by Hoffman titled, "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World," the suit claims.
