Katy Perry Disses Kim Kardashian-Kanye West’s ‘Bound 2’ (Video)

Perry and John Mayer’s video is “more authentic” than “Bound 2,” singer says

If you thought Kanye West and Kim Kardashian‘s video “Bound 2” was just a bit over the top, rest assured — you have a friend in Katy Perry.

Perry and John Mayer appeared on Friday’s edition of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” to discuss, among other topics, Mayer’s new video “Who You Love.”

The video depicts Mayer and Perry, among other couples, riding a bull together in slow motion.

When DeGeneres brought up similarities to West’s video — which features West and Kardashian straddling a motorcycle (or at least seeming to)  — Perry jokingly  admitted that “Who You Love” is a response to “Bound 2.”

And threw in a diss while she was at it.

“Yes. I thought our response was a little bit more authentic because my hair was blowing in the right direction, though,” Perry quipped.

Oh to the snap. Expect a Kanye West Twitter tirade in 3, 2, 1…

Until then, watch Perry make her case in the video:
