ELLE and BeautyCon return to Los Angeles for the third annual summit bringing together fashion content creators to network, discuss the future of online media, and interact with fans
Coming to the LA Mart on August 16 in partnership with ELLE, the third annual BeautyCon summit in Los Angeles promises brings fans and fashion influencers together. It marks the second stop in BeautyCon’s world tour, after their first-ever trip to New York in May.
Kelly Osbourne will be joined as a keynote panelist by Bethany Mota, who has more than 6.5 million subscribers on her YouTube channel, as well as a fashion collection at Aeropostale. The summit is designed to bring traditional media influencers together with their digital counterparts for networking, discussing the future of online media, and interaction with fans.
BeautyCon is anticipating more than 6,000 fans to gather at the LA event, which will be open from 10 am – 6 pm. This year, one dollar of each ticket sold will be donated to the “I Am That Girl” charity, which is a global movement “inspiring girls to BE, LOVE and EXPRESS who they are through education, content, and community.”
Fans who attend will be able to enjoy interactive presentations, panels, performances, and interact with popular fashion and beauty personalities from the digital world. The event will also feature a live performance by Rixton, as well as celebrity appearances including Shay Mitchell, Jeannie Mai, Amiee Song, Elle and Blair Fowler, Grav3YardGirl, Clothes Encounters, Evelina, and Shameless Maya.
