Well, it won’t pay Kelly Osbourne’s dry-cleaning bill, but at least it’s a step in the direction of mending fences.

Starbucks has issued an apology to Osbourne, after Ozzy’s daughter claimed that she wet herself when she wasn’t allowed to use the restroom at one of the coffee giant’s New York locations.

In a statement provided to TheWrap, Starbucks said that it is “working to follow up” with Osbourne about her statement, and noted that they “sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding.”

The coffee company also noted that the location in question doesn’t have a restroom.

“We are currently working to follow up with Ms. Osbourne to clarify any confusion,” the company said. “There simply is no restroom in this store, and inquiring customers are typically directed to a store a few blocks away. We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding and hope to welcome Ms. Osbourne back for a beverage on us very soon!”

In a Tweet on Sunday, Osbourne — who was in attendance at New York’s Pride celebration over the weekend — stated that she was denied access to a restroom at the location, causing her to wet herself.

“SHAME on U @Starbucks #PissedMyOwnPants in this location because UR shameful employees refused to let me use the [toilet],” Osbourne vented. “I have p-s in my shoe.”

Osbourne punctuated the message with a symbol of a hand flipping the bird.

Osbourne’s previous tweets indicated that, prior to messing herself, she was having a grand old time at New York’s Pride celebration with singer Sam Smith.

“The Brits are taking over,” Osbourne wrote in an Instagram post on Sunday that included a picture of herself and Smith.
