Kerry Washington, Nick Offerman to Announce Emmy Nominees

"Scandal" star Kerry Washington and "Parks and Recreation" funnyman Nick Offerman have been tapped to announce the nominees for this year's Emmys.

Washington and Offerman will be joined by Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Chairman-CEO Bruce Rosenblum for the announcements, which take place at 5:40 a.m. PT on July 19 at the Television Academy’s Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre in North Hollywood.

Spike Jones Jr. is producing the announcement ceremony.

The 64th Primetime Emmy Awards, which will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel and produced by Don Mischer, air live from the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live complex in Los Angeles on Sept. 23. ABC is airing the awards show.
