E!’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” personality Kris Jenner filed for divorce from husband of 22 years, Bruce Jenner, on Monday according to legal documents obtained by TheWrap.

After announcing their separation last October, Jenner cited irreconcilable differences in the legal papers filed at the Superior Court of Los Angeles.

Jenner, 58, listed the official date of the separation as June 1, 2013, and is requesting joint custody of youngest daughter, Kylie Jenner, 17. The couple’s older daughter, Kendall, turned 18 in November.

The legal documents, which were signed on Sept. 5, 2014, state that she is requesting to keep her jewelry and all assets from the date of separation, with other property to be divided up.

“We are living separately and we are much happier this way,” the couple told E! News in a statement last October. “But we will always have much love and respect for each other. Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority.” At the time, they said they had no plans to divorce.

Kris Jenner was previously married to Robert Kardashian, the father of her famous daughters, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe, and son, Rob. They divorced in 1991, just one month before she married former Olympian, Bruce, 64.
