Larry King Makes Standup Debut (video)

Ex-talk show host explains what’s up with the suspenders

Larry King wasted no time getting to his second act in life, debuting his standup act on Monday's "Tonight Show."

King, who said before he left "Larry King Live" that he wanted to focus on comedy, joined Jay Leno to unveil an act heavy of long stories and Borscht Belt humor. He also sat down with Leno to discuss the 45-year-age difference between his children and why he started wearing suspenders.

Was Leno, an incredibly dedicated standup, encouraging King to inject more of himself into his act? And what would Jerry Seinfeld think?
