TLC's "Little Couple" hits a milestone on Tuesday. The series not only launches its sixth season, but it's also the show's 100th episode.

When viewers catch up with Bill Klein and Jen Arnold on Tuesday's episode, the couple are just returning to Houston after a 28-hour plane ride back from China with new adopted son, Will. And it's time for real life to begin.

Jen, a pediatric doctor, is finding it tough to balance her work and home life. That gives new dad Bill, who works from home, a lot of time to spend with his new son.

In TheWrap's exclusive preview of the episode, we find out that while Will is getting used to his new surroundings, his English isn't progressing as quickly as everyone had hoped. But, there's one word that he seems to have really latched on to: "Alright!"

"The Little Couple" premieres its sixth season and 100th episode on Tuesday at 10/9c. Its fifth season was the series' most-watched with an average 1.7 million viewers tuning in each week.
