Through hair loss, complications over drug doses due to her size, and four months of chemotherapy, Jen approaches the day she (and the show’s dedicated fans) have been praying for: Her last round of chemo.

In TheWrap’s exclusive preview, Jen prepares to head out to the hospital, but has mixed feelings about finishing her treatment.

In February, Jen announced her cancer was in remission.

“I had my official last chemo treatment,” Arnold said. “And while I’m hesitant to say I’m cancer-free – maybe that’s common for people who have had cancer – I’m doing great. Everything is moving in the right direction. I am very excited.”

“The Little Couple” airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on TLC.
