‘Made in Jersey’ Pulled by CBS

Show is first exit of new fall season

CBS has plucked "Made in Jersey" from its schedule and will replace it with the fourth season of "Undercover Boss" in November.

The series is the first casualty of the new fall season. CBS, the most-watched network, has a low tolerance for underperforming shows. It did not say the show is canceled, and episodes may be burned off later. "Undercover Boss" will premiere on Friday, Nov. 2.

"Made in Jersey," about a street-smart Jersey girl at a snooty Manhattan law firm, premiered Sept. 28 to a disappointing 1.1/4 rating in the key 18-49 demographic, down 21 percent from last fall's series debut on the night, the now-canceled "A Gifted Man."

The series starred Janet Montgomery (pictured) and Kyle MacLachlan, who is now available for that "Twin Peaks" reboot we've been dying for.
