CNN show's numbers jump 39 percent in total viewers, 64 percent in key demo versus prior averages
The only bigger get for “AC360” than Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling, is the guy who has been the recipient of his wrath as of late.
At 8 p.m., the CNN show averaged 725,000 total viewers, 301,000 in the key adults 25-54 demo. Those numbers represent a 39 percent increase in total viewers and a 64 percent jump in the demo, as compared to prior four-week average (521,000/183,000, respectively).
“AC360” also topped MSNBC (545,000/86,000) last night in the time period.
Fox News was tops overall, with 2.3 million total viewers, 306,000 in the demo.
Though factoring in the entirety of primetime, CNN tied with Fox last night in the demo, with 250,000 viewers apiece on average.
