Prior to coming aboard "Malibu Country" — which stars Reba McEntire as a mother who moves from Nashville  Malibu, Calif., after her country-music star husband cheats on her — Dibai had producing stints at "Retired at 35," "Happily Divorced," "Rita Rocks" and "According to Jim," among others.

The first season of "Malibu Country" ended in March.

This makes the second ABC series in as many days; on Monday, Mike Kelley departed the network's drama "Revenge."
