Mark Zuckerberg’s Sister Uses Facebook to Announce Her ‘Rock of Ages’ Casting

Randi Zuckerberg’s dream is coming true, as she’s heading to Broadway for two weeks in March

Screen Shot 2014-03-04 at 2.49.39 PMFacebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s sister, Randi Zuckerberg, has joined the cast of “Rock of Ages” on Broadway, the actress announced on — where else? — her Facebook page.

“Friends, it’s official! I’m joining the cast of Rock of Ages on Broadway from March 14-28!!! #LifeDreamComeTrue #Iwannarock #rockofagesmusical Rockofagesmusical.com,” wrote Zuckerberg, who posted a photo of herself celebrating beneath the theater marquee.

Zuckerberg will play Regina in the jukebox musical, which continues to sell out performances at the Helen Hayes Theater.

Randi Zuckerberg is a former Facebook executive who performed with the Broadway touring cast of “Anything Goes” in San Francisco last year. She also performs in the band Feedbomb, which is comprised of current Facebook employees and former staffers.

“Rock of Ages” was recently adapted as a star-studded feature film with an ensemble cast that included Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, Russell Brand, Alec Baldwin, Bryan Cranston, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Tom Cruise.
