A Florida woman has sued rapper 50 Cent for posting her sex tape online without her consent, which was widely seen as part of the singer's feud with rival Rick Ross.
In court papers filed in New York Supreme Court this week, Lastonia Leviston claimed she made the tape in June 2008 with a former boyfriend who sold it to 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson, in March 2009.
Leviston said 50 Cent then taped himself dressed in a wig and robe and edited himself into the video, adding his own narration before posting it on his Web site. Leviston once dated Ross, a burly Miami rapper whose real name is William Leonard Roberts II. In the world of rap music where rival performers often trade insults, the video was considered as a way for 50 Cent to lash out at Ross.
