Criminal complaint alleges that the flack stole money and Platform PR's database
Hollywood publicist Bradley Frank, whose clients include "Old Spice Guy" Isaiah Mustafa, Alison Brie and Meagan Good, was charged on three felony counts on Wednesday, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office confirmed to TheWrap on Wednesday.
Frank is employed at Rogers & Cowan's Los Angeles office, but the charges stem from his time at Platform PR. According to the felony complaint against Frank, before he left Platform last year, he stole "money and personal property" from Platform, copied the company's computer data without permission, and received stolen property — namely, Platform's computer database.
Frank left Platform on March 31, moving to Rogers & Cowan the following day.
Frank, who has been charged with grand theft, computer access and fraud, and receiving stolen property, is expected in court tomorrow, the district attorney's office told TheWrap.
Platform had no comment for TheWrap. Rogers & Cowan did not immediately respond to TheWrap's request for comment.
