Bill O'Reilly was a guest on "The View" on Thursday. While discussing President Obama's slipping approval rating, O'Reilly brought up the issue of the downtown mosque. It quickly unraveled from there, with O'Reilly's assertion that "Muslims killed us on 9/11" causing Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar to storm out of the studio.

Barbara Walters, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepherd stayed behind to continue the discussion, with Walters trying to retain some semblance of control.

“You have just seen what should not happen,” Walters told the studio audience. “We should be able to have discussion without washing our hands and screaming and walking off stage. I love my colleagues but that should not have happened.”
