After his most recent gaffe in Milwaukee, Herman Cain refused to conduct an interview with the News Hampshire Union-Leader if there was going to be a camera in the room.
But that didn’t stop him from appearing on David Letterman Thursday night, where he received a roasting instead of a grilling.

When Cain brought up his 9-9-9 plan, Letterman was eager to pounce.
He told Cain, "But you don’t even know what it means. I heard somebody say to you “how would so-and-so and so-and-so be handled under 9-9-9?” and you said, “I don’t know!”
Cain claimed it was an "obscure" question, but Letterman seemed to think it was pretty simple.
"You dial 9-9-9 you get a free pizza."
