JumpTime, a Los-Angeles based technology company, has hired media veteran Elizabeth Osder as SVP of Strategy & Business Development.

Osder, a founder of the Online News Association, "has built sites, implemented new technologies and grown audiences" for prominent media companies such as the New York Times, ProPublica, Yahoo and the Daily Beast. She will report to JumpTime co-founder and CEO Michele DiLorenzo.

“Elizabeth is a great addition to our team, an executive who has been thinking about the business of journalism for a long time,” DiLorenzo said. “She has a keen understanding of editorial sensibilities and economic realities in a digital environment.”
