Megyn Kelly Hilariously Flubs Governor’s Name On-Air: ‘The Host of F-cka — Huckabee’ (Video)

“At heart, I’m a 12-year-old boy,” the Fox News host says of her slip-up

It’s never fun for a new anchor to mispronounce a guest’s name while welcoming them on your TV show but it sure provides a few laughs for viewers.

Fox News darling Megyn Kelly not only flubbed Mike Huckabee’s name but she turned it into profanity.

In a segment on her Fox News show “The Kelly File,” she managed to say the former Arkansas governor’s name correctly the first time around but while reading the title of his show, “Huckabee,” she replaced the H with an F.

“Joining me now, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, who’s the host of Fucka… Huckabee!” Kelly said, correcting herself with barely a smile.

The conservative Huckabee also ignored the gaffe and the two went on discussing President Barack Obama’s failed policy making and the field day Republicans recently had in the midterm elections. At the end of her show, Kelly did however address her mistake, albeit somewhat vaguely.

“Something else that happened on the program getting a lot of attention on Twitter,” Kelly said, “including this tweet from some nice man named Sean who said, ‘Megyn, you’re a delight to watch. You gave a stoic performance after your slip up with Gov. Huckabee’s name.’ I thought it was stoic too. At heart, I’m a 12-year-old boy.”

Kelly has hosted “The Kelly File” in primetime on Fox News since Oct. 2013. Before that, she was the anchor of the afternoon news program “America Live with Megyn Kelly.”
