Miley Cyrus will pull double duty as both host and musical guest on “SNL’s” Season 41 premiere next month.

Over the following two weeks, The Weeknd and Demi Lovato will perform their hits, respectively.

The “Wrecking Ball” singer was previously announced as the first host of the season on Oct. 3, to be followed by Amy Schumer and former cast member Tracy Morgan.

On Sunday, Cyrus served as host of the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards, where she performed the song “Dooo It” off of the surprise new album “Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz,” which the pop star made available to stream for free online.

The long-running sketch show also announced this week that comedian Jon Rudnitsky will be added as a featured player when the show returns next month, joining the Season 40 cast, all of whom are returning for the new season.

“Saturday Night Live” is produced in association with Broadway Video. The creator and executive producer is Lorne Michaels.
