Gary will report directly to CFO Steve Schoch and work closely with Lang "on key organizational issues."

“We are very pleased to have Adrienne join our team," Lang said in a statement. "She brings extraordinary experience and a track record of working in first-class, global media and entertainment companies – like Fox, where we worked together for several years.  We are confident that Adrienne will be a tremendous asset for Steve as well as the rest of the Miramax team."

Gary comes to Miramax after a stint running her own consulting group but has also previously served as an Executive Vice President at the Fox Networks Group and spent more than 20 years at Warner Bros. Filmed Entertainment.
