AFM Update: Moving Pictures Film and Television Acquires Foreign Rights on 'Wake'

Moving Pictures Film and Television, a wholly-owned subsidiary of financial services firm ICAP, acquired foreign rights on “Wake”, featuring Bijou Phillips, Jane Seymour, and Ian Somerhalder at the American Film Market. Gary Hirsch, Gary Hirsch, senior acquisitions executive, negotiated this deal with David Garber of Lantern Lane, on behalf of Bull Market Entertainment and Hal Schwartz.This is the first acquistion since Hirsch was hired.

”We are enthusiastic about Gary joining the Moving Pictures team and clearly this is a fantastic project to bring to the American Film Market,” ICAP Media Managing Director Gennaro Buonocore said in a statement. “We expect to get a great deal of momentum during this exciting time.”
