Have an idea for a movie to pitch? The American Film Market is once again taking submissions for its Favorite Film Pitch contest in conjunction with the People's Choice Awards.
Five finalists will be chosen from entrants who record a 2 1/2-minute video pitch on their project during AFM. Submissions will be accepted Nov. 6-9; the market runs Nov. 3-10 in Santa Monica.
The finalists will see their entries posted on the People's Choice website following the award show broadcast in January on CBS. The public will then vote for the winner who will receive all-access passes to the 2011 AFM and the opportunity to pitch producers and financiers.
