GKIDS, which distributes independent films for family and arthouse audiences, has acquired U.S. distribution rights to the animated film "The Secret of Kells," from Irish director Tomm Moore.
The film is set for an Oscar-qualifying run from Dec. 4-10 before GKIDS rolls it out wide in March.
