Ron Howard will direct a buddy comedy pairing Vince Vaughn and Kevin James, Imagine Entertainment confirmed.
Distributed by Universal Pictures, the comedy will revolve around Vaughn’s struggles as he decides whether or not to tell best friend and business partner James that he’s being cheated on by his wife.
Allan Loeb (“Things We Lost in the Fire,” “21,” “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps”) will write the screenplay, with Howard and his Imagine cohort, Brian Grazer, setting the film up for a spring start in Chicago.
