Jeffrey Katzenberg is sticking around DreamWorks Animation for a while, in case there had been any doubt.
DreamWorks CEO Katzenberg has extended his contract with the studio through Oct. 23, 2017, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday. Katzenberg's employment agreement was due to expire in April 2014.
According to the filing, Katzenberg will take in a base annual salary of $2.5 million, though he's also eligible for cash incentives and equity-based compensation.
Katzenberg's employment agreement notes that it's expected that Katzenberg will take in $4 million as an annual bonus, and an annual equity-based incentive award of $4.5 million.
